MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. – Homewatch CareGivers is expanding to meet the increased need for a superior home care provider in Morris County.
The leading home care company with more than 200 franchised units across 34 states domestically, as well as in Canada, Central and South America, announced today the opening of a new location that will service the region – Homewatch CareGivers of Morris. The opening of the new operation allows Homewatch CareGivers to provide its high quality at-home assistive services to a greater number of clients.
Locally-owned and operated by best friends and sister-in-law duo Puja Lal and Julie Rastogi alongside Lal’s husband and Rastogi’s husband, Peeyush Agrawal, Homewatch CareGivers of Morris will provide the area with the high-quality care necessary for residents to remain independent and healthy within their own homes. The company’s services are flexible and customized specifically to blend seamlessly into clients’ day-to-day life.
“We have experienced firsthand what a difference a quality caregiver can make for a loved one and his or her family,” said Lal, a former IT professional who also owns a local restaurant. “We’re excited to combine our talents to hire and train caregivers who believe in our vision and provide the highest quality service with integrity and compassion to our community.”
Homewatch CareGivers of Morris provides home care services for families arranging care for senior-aged loved ones and others living with chronic illnesses, convalescing after illness or surgery or who prefer to age in their own homes under the supervision and care of highly trained caregivers.
Both Lal and Rastogi enter franchising with unique business ownership experience. In addition to the new Homewatch CareGivers location, Lal also owns Amiya, a contemporary Indian cuisine restaurant located in Jersey City. Rastogi’s impressive entrepreneurial background includes Couture by Julie, a Denville-based boutique she opened in 2013.
“Every time we open a new location, we have the opportunity to touch people’s lives,” said Chip Baranowski, director of franchise development for Homewatch CareGivers, “I know that Puja and Julie will make outstanding new members of our organization, and their commitment to service and the local community will make their business a trusted partner for residents in the Greater Morris County area.”
The home office, which is also referred to as the company’s Franchise Support Center, provides unparalleled support and expert advice to help franchisees establish a thriving enterprise on a localized level. Homewatch CareGivers strives to provide the finest foundation on which its franchisees can grow their services, staff and business.
