CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Homewatch CareGivers is meeting the increased need for a superior home care provider in Charlotte under new new ownership.

The leading home care company with more than 200 franchised units across 34 states domestically, as well as in Canada, Central and South America, announced today a new owner of the location that services the region – Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte. New ownership of the operation allows Homewatch CareGivers to continue provide its high quality at-home assistive services to clients in the Charlotte area.

Mike Riley is the new owner of Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte. Established to provide the area with the high-quality care necessary for residents to remain independent and healthy within their own homes, the company’s services are flexible and customized specifically to blend seamlessly into clients’ day-to-day life.

“From my own experience, I saw there was a need to help people age and stay in their homes in Charlotte, and I wanted to own a business where I could build strong relationships in my community while providing such a valuable service,” said Riley. “I’m excited to build on a proven product in a proven market, and with the established reputation Homewatch CareGivers already enjoys in Charlotte I know my team will continue to provide the high quality caregiving people here expect from this business.”

Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte provides home care services for families arranging care for senior-aged loved ones and others living with chronic illnesses, convalescing after illness or surgery or who prefer to age in their own homes under the supervision and care of highly trained caregivers.

Riley enters franchising with unique business experience in logistics and supply chain management. He decided to take on ownership of Homewatch CareGivers for the opportunity to own a business that provides much-needed services in the community, building on his skills in management and organizational leadership.

“Every time we are able to transition a successful location to a new owner who is passionate about our mission, we have the opportunity to touch even more people’s lives,” said Chip Baranowski, director of franchise development for Homewatch CareGivers, “I know that Mike will make an outstanding new member of our organization, and his commitment to service and the local community will make his business a trusted partner for residents in the Charlotte area.”

The home office, which is also referred to as the company’s Franchise Support Center, provides unparalleled support and expert advice to help franchisees establish a thriving enterprise on a localized level.
