NEW ORLEANS – Suite Management Franchising, the nation’s premier salon suite franchise housing both MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza, announced today its appointment of seasoned beauty industry professional Kelly McCarthy to Director of Training and Development.
After 28 years in salon sales and education for some of the most reputable nail, skin and hair brand manufacturers and distributors, McCarthy joins Suite Management Franchising with tremendous knowledge and mentorship skills. Building on the momentum of the brand’s 100th opening, her role aims to further inspire growth and success for the Franchise Owners and Members (independent salon owners) of MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza.

Prior to Suite Management Franchising, McCarthy’s successful salon career introduced her to alternative paths within the beauty industry, including leading sales and education initiatives for notable brands such as Redken, Matrix, Goldwell and John Paul Mitchell Systems.
After 16 years in professional salon sales and education through distributors, McCarthy brought her expertise to cosmetology schools, dedicating time toward leading, coaching and mentoring Paul Mitchell School Future Professionals and Team Members. Continuing to share her passion for the industry, she also joined Paul Mitchell Advanced Education to assist in educating and mentoring others through the franchise’s Corporate Training programs.
