FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Christian Brothers Automotive is putting Fayetteville residents in the driver’s seat when it comes to car care and automotive repair with the opening of a new location at 2870 E. Joyce Blvd.
The new shop is situated near the intersection of East Joyce Boulevard and Crossover Road and is open six days a week, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Distinguished as the auto repair brand that customers trust, the Christian Brothers in Fayetteville puts local residents at ease as it takes a close interest in the health of its customers’ vehicles, approaching auto repair work with transparency, integrity and compassion.
“With more than 30 years of experience on my end in both the technical and operational side of the automotive industry, opening my own Christian Brothers was a natural choice,” said Rob Crist, owner of Christian Brothers Automotive in Fayetteville. “The garage has always felt like a second home to me, but I didn’t want to open just any auto repair shop. I wanted a company that I could believe in. Christian Brothers values integrity, hard work, kindness and honesty, and I know our neighbors in Fayetteville will notice the difference in quality, genuine car care service.”
Crist is the fourth generation of his family to work in the automotive industry, including his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in manufacturing systems engineering from General Motors Institute, Crist went on to get his Masters in business administration and management from the University of Michigan. He began his career as a development engineer of precision automotive components with progressive management and leadership roles that led him to be the president of a Global Powertrain Division, and most recently a trusted advisor and consultant. Crist believes that it is okay to expect excellence attained by daily improvement, and his track record solidifies his proven success in the automotive industry.
“Each new opening gives us an opportunity to define what automotive repair means to a community, and to lessen the stress on customers who depend on their vehicles every day,” said Mark Carr, founder and CEO of Christian Brothers Automotive. “I’m confident that Rob’s passion for providing quality service makes him a perfect fit for the Fayetteville area.”
The new shop joins more than 190 Christian Brothers Automotive locations across the nation, all of which are based on the same guiding principle: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Based on a business model that believes taking your car to be serviced shouldn’t be chore, Christian Brothers offers a wide array of services, from simple upkeep and maintenance to preventative services addressing issues that would otherwise require more expensive repair and replacement down the road.
Founded in Mission Bend, Texas in 1982, Christian Brothers Automotive has successfully changed the way customers think about the auto service experience. From the waiting room environment of each shop, which feels more like a well-appointed family room in a home, to the hassle-free interaction with shop owners and managers, Christian Brothers Automotive provides customers with an informative and comforting assurance.
