FORT WORTH, Texas – Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers℠, widely recognized as the leading values-based, early learning schools in the United States, announced today the promotion of Jenni Hofherr as director of new school support.
After working for Children’s Lighthouse as a franchise consultant from 2013-2016, Hofherr rejoined the team in January as a new school coordinator. In the past seven months, she has proven her ability to successfully support new franchisees as they open new locations, leading to her promotion to new school director. In her new role, Hofherr will lead support of franchise owners as they navigate the pre-opening process and spearhead New School Owner’s Training.
“Jenni will play a key role for our brand and our franchisees through her proven track record of effectively navigating the pre-opening process,” said Michael Brown, president of Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers℠. “This well-deserved promotion stems from Jenni’s previous successes in coordinating new schools and her 20-plus years of experience in early childhood education. We’re excited to see what she accomplishes, and continue to deliver best-in-class franchisee support to our system.”
Hofherr’s appointment comes on the heels of monumental growth for the early learning school franchise, which opened its 50th location in Richmond, Texas in February and has 30 schools in development. Notably, the brand recently announced Shelly Pair as director of operations and Chrissy Barrow as curriculum and training specialist, a new role at the Children’s Lighthouse corporate office.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of the growing Children’s Lighthouse team, and am excited to show what I can do in this new role,” said Hofherr. “I look forward to making an important impact for our franchisees and their new locations.”
Children’s Lighthouse, which was founded in 1995, has early learning schools across the United States, including Alabama, California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, North Carolina and Texas. Children’s Lighthouse anticipates adding several dozen locations to the pipeline in 2019.
