PHOENIX – Supporting the Wounded Warrior Project, Daily Jam will donate a portion of proceeds from the specialty stack of Swollcakes sold to help the organization, which supports veterans.
Guests can enjoy the brand’s high-flexing take on pancakes: Swollcakes, available Monday, Nov. 11, through Sunday, Dec. 8. A new stack will be available each week through first week of December.
Veterans Day kicked off the initiative with the OG Swollcake. The stack features five fluffy pancakes stacked five-layers high with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs and savory potatoes in between. Drenched with syrup and topped off with two over easy eggs, this eggs-citing stack of pancakes is a delicious delight with an important impact.
“We’re excited to bring back Swollcakes to show our appreciation of those who were injured in service,” said Berekk Blackwell, President of Daily Jam. “We are honored by the work of our service members. Our goal is to support many of our veterans, even one can have a huge impact.”
In addition to the OG Swollcake, there will be three other Swollcakes. After the OG Swollcake, Daily Jam will offer the Ironman, the Triple Stuffed Stack and the Nutty Zebra. For more information about each stack follow Daily Jam on social media.
As part of its commitment to the community, Daily Jam uses locally-sourced ingredients and coffee to help grow the regional economy, reduce its carbon footprint and infuse its menu with local flavor.
