ST. LOUIS – Dale Carnegie, the company that set the standard in transformative professional leadership training for individuals and organizations, announced today a strategic change in ownership to better serve professionals in St. Louis.
Elizabeth Haberberger, who has been a partial owner of Dale Carnegie Training St. Louis for several years, has acquired full equity stake in the local professional training business.
Founded on Dale Carnegie’s groundbreaking principles for achieving success through human relations both in work and in life, the St. Louis location will continue to change how professionals see themselves and the impact they have on the world.
“It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to share Dale Carnegie’s principles with others and put the leadership skills I’ve learned from Dale Carnegie into place as the sole owner,” said Haberberger. “The St. Louis region has a thriving business community, and I’m proud to be a part of it – I'm looking forward to playing an even larger role in helping St. Louis professionals sharpen their skills, transform their lives and unlock their full potential.”
Prior to becoming a partial owner of Dale Carnegie St. Louis, Haberberger had a career in elementary education, where she developed the necessary skills to facilitate learning. Additionally, she shares her insights on all things leadership through curating online video content.
“The Dale Carnegie name is synonymous with foundational business and leadership principles; we’ve earned that reputation by working with dedicated franchisee partners who choose to change attitudes, outlooks and lives every day,” said Jean-Louis Van Doorne, Vice President at Dale Carnegie. “Building on Elizabeth’s successes in St. Louis, our goal is for our franchisee partners to help more people than ever before reach their potential, with a curriculum built on over 100 years of bringing out people’s natural strengths.”
Through a diverse training curriculum offered in-person or live online, Dale Carnegie continues to adapt to the ever-changing needs and challenges of the modern business world. Though the form of the delivery may evolve, the timeless insight and guidance brought to Dale Carnegie customers every day is still rooted in the continuity of core human motivations.
Individuals and organizations return to Dale Carnegie Training because its impact is long lasting. Franchisee partners can leverage curriculum and training tools that target successful behavioral and emotional connections that result in lasting transformation.
