Spherion to Host Webinar on Building Diverse and Inclusive Environments for Employee Retention

ATLANTA – Spherion, the leading U.S. recruiting and staffing company with localized roots set in every community where it operates, is set to host a webinar on Thursday, April 9 from 12 p.m. ET to 1 p.m. ET. The webinar, which is credit approved by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), will take a deep dive into Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and will focus on the importance of building inclusive environments during COVID-19.

Leading the webinar is Floss J. Aggrey, CPD, Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and Compliance for Spherion. Aggrey – who offers ten years of experience in a multitude of areas – is a professional thought leader who effectively manages Human Resources, Compliance and Diversity functions. Her areas of expertise include: Key Regulatory Compliance, D&I Learning and Development, Governance and the planning element of D&I.
