ELGIN, Ill. – To help bring light, color and comfort to the communities it serves, Young Rembrandts, the illustrious childhood art education program, is supporting Feeding America during these difficult times.
Bette Fetter, CEO and founder of Young Rembrandts, is donating all proceeds from her Teaching and Homework shop to Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund. The response fund, which was established to help food banks during the coronavirus pandemic, will help secure the resources needed to serve the most vulnerable members of the community.
“We are facing a situation we’ve never seen before and in order to come out of it stronger, we must first come together,” said Fetter. “I am grateful to have built a team of thoughtful, generous individuals who prioritize giveback and hope that our donation to Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund makes a difference in the lives of those who need it most.”
In addition to the donation, Fetter and her team are offering free downloadable coloring pages on the Young Rembrandts website so families can feel a little brighter during these uncertain times.
