Intelligent Office Welcomes Members Back To Greater Toronto Area Locations

Toronto– Intelligent Office, the leader in business services, providing members dedicated offices, conference room rentals, virtual address, phone reception and customer service and a number of other virtual services has officially resumed full-operations in its Toronto locations.

Despite being designated an essential service, Intelligent Office’s Intelligent Assistants worked from home during the initial stages of the emergency order and phone reception and customer service functions were performed for our members without interruption. “As we serve many businesses also designated essential services, and as we enter the initial phases of re-opening the economy, it is critical our teams are back in place at our physical locations to help our members, who are now returning to more regular operations, to survive and thrive in this challenging time”, said Tim Quinn, Managing Director/Partner.

While Intelligent Office enforces Ontario’s safety guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the company is implementing additional precautions to keep staff and members safe. Face masks are mandatory in the common areas within Intelligent Office facilities, all individuals entering the workspace must use the hand sanitization station located inside of the front door and members must practice social distancing while following floor graphics to remain the recommended distance.

“As we return to our new normal, we are instituting a number of precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and members,” remarked Quinn. “Not only have we mandated everyday mask use and sanitization, but we are enhancing cleaning procedures to disinfect high-traffic areas after each use. We also continue to monitor Federal, Provincial and local COVID-19 pandemic and WHO recommendations as the situation develops and plan to implement additional precautions if needed.”

“I am incredibly passionate about the Intelligent Office concept and am excited to welcome our members back and continue to help small businesses throughout the community grow,” said Brian Monteith, Managing Director/Partner. “As businesses begin implementing work from home policies and downsize their operations, we are prepared to provide entrepreneurs on-demand as well as dedicated offices to rent that are private and clean. We are also prepared to help companies that are looking to cut down on costs, like expensive leases and full-time staff, as our virtual services can support them.”

Intelligent Office provides private and productive offices and meeting space along with customized virtual administrative and phone answering services, so small business owners and entrepreneurs can spend less on fixed costs like leases, administrative and IT related support staff. With a variety of virtual services including phone answering services, appointment scheduling services, CRM database management and a virtual address, to name a few; Intelligent Office aims to help solopreneurs, micro-enterprises and SME’s exceed their goals.
