BLUEGRACE ORD NAMED ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

National Shipping and Freight Franchisor Honors Local Entrepreneurs Randy Vlasic and Alex Veinot for Outstanding First Year

TAMPA, Fla., August 14, 2014: BlueGrace Logistics, a national freight and shipping franchisor, named Chicago entrepreneurs Randy Vlasic and Alex Veinot of BlueGrace ORD as the company’s 2014 Rookie of the Year.

Vlasic and Veinot were presented this prestigious award during the company’s 4TH Annual Franchise Conference, held recently at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Due to the company’s hyper-growth ambition, this year’s theme was “Double Up.”

“It’s great seeing such drive and professionalism in our newest franchisees,” stated CEO, president and founder, Bobby Harris. “Their initial success proves that their not only experts in logistics and great with customers, but they possess exemplary leadership skills and have the passion and drive to take their business to the next level. They’ve set an excellent example and the BlueGrace family looks forward to continue watching them grow.”

Best friends since high school, Vlasic and Veinot began their careers in logistics, holding sales positions at the same company. Although quickly becoming top in the sales team, their company began cutting back, leading them to seek new opportunities within the logistics field. Aspiring to go into business together, the BlueGrace Logistics franchise opportunity was a perfect fit. Vlasic and Veinot attribute much of their success thus far to working closely with several different modes of transportation and working carefully with clients to ensure all needs are met.

“Leaving an inspiring conference with this honorable award has left us more encouraged and determined than ever,” Vlasic commented. “We’ve based our business strictly off of the systems provided by BlueGrace Logistics and we intend on following in the same hyper-growth footsteps as corporate. We’re thrilled to make the theme of the conference our reality -- by 2017, we aspire to be a $100 million company.”
