Chem-Dry Signs Deal to Clean Up Oahu

Oahu, HI, (June 2015) – Chem-Dry, the world's leading carpet and upholstery cleaning service, today announces a signed franchise development agreement that will bring new vans to the streets of Oahu. Ohana Chem Dry will provide the best in carpet cleaning to residents of Ewa, Waikiki, Diamond Head and surrounding cities. The signed franchise announcement follows several consecutive years of explosive growth for the 3,500-unit brand, which is opening an average of more than 100 new franchises per year.

The new Chem-Dry will open under the leadership of franchisee Frank Kelso. Prior to signing on as a local Chem-Dry franchise owner, Kelso worked for himself in a broad range of industries. Kelso previously worked in manufacturing critical components for the aviation industry to the department of defense with helicopter parts, cargo tubes, etc. He has also worked in land development, financing, and eventually, decided to move to Hawaii where he is still residing. Kelso has always been an entrepreneur at heart and his new endeavor with Chem-Dry will allow him to pursue his passion of brining value and service to a community.
